Shipping Charges

Customers will be informed about the shipping charges during the final checkout process, just before completing the transaction.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been received and confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation along with a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. Most items are shipped within 2–3 business days, but please note that slight delays may occur due to logistical issues or courier partner-related concerns. Rest assured, our team will promptly resolve any such issues once identified.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location. Please note that our team operates every day except Sundays and public holidays. Therefore, deliveries might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, lockdowns, or other logistical challenges.

High Order Volumes and Dispatch Delays

Due to high order volumes, dispatch or delivery may occasionally be delayed. We aim to ship all orders within 7 days from the order date. We sincerely appreciate your patience during such situations.

Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging your products. All items are securely packed, with each product wrapped in bubble wrap. Fragile items like bottles are given extra protection to ensure they reach you safely.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged. If you notice any issues, kindly return the package, and we will replace your order.

Undelivered Orders

If your order status shows as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact customer support via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Our team will investigate the issue with the courier partner and respond within 48–72 hours.

Once you share an OTP with the delivery partner, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Please note that Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is not liable for any damages, loss, or mishandling that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
