At Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following modes of payment for your convenience:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us at +91 9639266444 for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product or a damaged product.

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please send an image of the product to request an exchange or refund. You can WhatsApp the image to +91 9639266444 or email it to info@agrosafpharmaceuticals.com.

Important: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

You can expect a response from our team within 2-3 business days.

After we receive the returned product, please allow 5-10 business days for the replacement to be processed. For a more accurate timeline, you can contact us at +91 9639266444.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following apply:

  • The packaging is soiled or damaged after handling.

  • The product or packaging has been tampered with.

  • The invoice is missing.

  • The return window has expired (7-day period).

  • The product is missing.

  • The original box and packaging are missing.

Products that have been delivered are not eligible for return or replacement in the following cases:

  • Insufficient information regarding the issue with the order.

  • Failure to provide images of the box, package, and receipt (if applicable).

Refunds

In the case of a return or refund, the process will be initiated through UPI transfer, bank transfer, or credit card refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for online refunds once we have received the returned product.

For NetBanking transactions, refunds may take 5-7 business days after the process has been initiated from our end.
