Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following modes of payment for your convenience:

  • UPI, Cards, Wallet, NetBanking

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

All transactions on our website are secure and encrypted.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us at +91 9639266444 for assistance.


Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product

To request a return or exchange:

Important: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

After receiving the returned product, replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or opened (for healthcare/hygiene reasons)

  • The packaging is damaged or tampered with

  • The invoice is missing

  • The return request is raised after 7 days

  • The original box or packaging is missing

  • Insufficient proof (images/videos) is provided


Refunds

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Timelines

  • UPI / Wallet Payments: 2–3 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days

  • Net Banking: 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • The refund process starts only after product verification is completed.

Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal care products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval
